BIRTH DOULA PACKAGES:
I split my packages into Option A: First Baby Package, and Option B – all other clients package (including VBAC). This is because I spend a lot more time with first time parents, preparing you for everything, answering all the questions, etc.

*OPTION A: Baby #1 Birth Doula Package: $1950 ($50 pay-in-full discount upon signing of contract)
**We go over a lot more for a first pregnancy. It’s my job to support and guide you as you prepare for childbirth and I invest a lot of time in my clients.
- Two (or three as needed) comprehensive in-home/virtual prenatal visits, which includes childbirth education.
- Information and resources (including postpartum prep, breastfeeding, and pelvic floor health)
- A thorough discussion through stages of labor – what’s normal & how you might feel, things to do during each stage
- A copy of my Pregnancy & Childbirth documents
- Unlimited phone/email/text support from signing of contract – 2 weeks after baby is born
- 24/7 on-call service from 38-42 weeks
- Support during labor and delivery
- Suggestions for comfort measures all the way through labor
- Back-up doula support as needed (I pay the back-up doula if we need her)
- One postpartum visit
Birth Doula (everyone except baby #1): $1700 ($50 pay in full discount upon signing of contract)
- Two comprehensive in-home/virtual prenatal visits (or 1 if parents only want 1 – it depends on how your birst birth went, generally speaking)
- Childbirth information and resources (including postpartum prep, breastfeeding, and pelvic floor health)
- A thorough discussion through stages of labor – what’s normal & how you might feel, things to do during each stage
- A discussion of previous births and troubleshooting discussion, plan

NEW SERVICE:
Birth Prep without doula service:
OPTION A $250 – Preparing for Labor
This is generally a 2-3 hour meeting. We meet at your house and I prepare you for labor, birth, your options, and we go over scenarios (what to do if you begin labor and have back labor, what to do if your labor stalls, what to do if mom gets overwhelmed, etc). We practice labor positions and counter pressure (I teach dad all the things).
- I give you a written “what to do when” options list that helps you remember what you can do in each scenario
- A discussion of previous births and troubleshooting discussion, plan
- A copy of my Pregnancy & Childbirth documents
- Any follow-up meetings are $50 per hour (including phone calls, or ongoing support through pregnancy)
- This option DOES NOT include in-person doula support during birth.
