*Birth Doula Package (everyone except baby #1): $1600 ($50 pay in full discount upon signing of contract)

  • Two comprehensive in-home/virtual prenatal visits
  • Childbirth information and resources (including postpartum prep, breastfeeding, and pelvic floor health)
  • A thorough discussion through stages of labor – what’s normal & how you might feel, things to do during each stage
  • A copy of my Pregnancy & Childbirth Guidebook (it’s currently in the edit phase before publishing)
  • Unlimited phone/email/text support from signing of contract – 2 weeks after baby is born
  • 24/7 on-call service from 38-42 weeks
  • Support during labor and delivery
  • Suggestions for comfort measures all the way through labor
  • Back-up doula support as needed (I pay the back-up doula if we need her)
  • One postpartum visit

*Baby #1 Birth Doula Package: $1950 ($100 pay-in-full discount upon signing of contract)

**We go over a lot more for a first pregnancy. It’s my job to support and guide you as you prepare for childbirth and I invest a lot of time in my clients.

  • Two (or three as needed) comprehensive in-home/virtual prenatal visits, which includes childbirth education.
  • Information and resources (including postpartum prep, breastfeeding, and pelvic floor health)
  • A thorough discussion through stages of labor – what’s normal & how you might feel, things to do during each stage

  • A thorough discussion through stages of labor – what’s normal & how you might feel, things to do during each stage
  • A copy of my Pregnancy & Childbirth Guidebook
  • A prepared birth plan for you (you can edit it/adjust it as you like)
  • Comfort measures demonstration/practice 
  • Resources as needed
  • Phone/text support through your labor if needed.
